rabbit
Red wine
salt pepper
onion
laurel
1 2 tomatoes
olive oil
green olives
Preparation:
to the day before the rabbit soaked in wine, salt, pepper in the refrigerator. the next day, put the rabbit back in a cast iron casserole with all the wine, olive oil, onions, bay leaves, green olive, tomato cut into small pieces, add water to half of the rabbit, cook about 30 min with the lid closed. Once your rabbit cooked, remove it, and cooked pasta in the remaining juice
